For the past 7 years, we’ve been connecting the not-for-profit sector with donated and discounted IT software and products from IT companies wanting to support the work of the sector – but we know that access to low-cost IT is just one part of the IT puzzle.

We get a lot of phone calls and emails from not-for-profits looking for advice on who to talk to about their IT needs, not just about products. A lot of the time, we’re asked for someone local and someone who understands the NFP sector.

We also get a calls and emails from IT suppliers who are providing professional services to not-for-profit organisations using donated and discounts products through us as a way to provide low-cost solutions to the sector.

We believe it’s high time we helped to make new connections.

The new Connecting Up Suppliers Directory is the new place where not-for-profit organisations can find local IT suppliers, consultants and solution providers in their area who have also been endorsed by other not-for-profit organisations.

How does it work?

For not-for-profit organisations

It’s free. Simply visit the Suppliers Directory and search or browse for an IT provider in your area. Here's what you can do today:

Find an IT supplier that services your area with confidence - We know it can be tough finding the right IT help in your area from someone who you can trust. That’s why we’ve put together the new Suppliers Directory. The online directory lists IT suppliers who provide a wide range of solutions and services including network administration, web design and IT training amongst others.

Suppliers on the directory can also receive endorsements from not-for-profit organisations, giving them either a Gold, Silver or Bronze ranking depending on the number of endorsements they receive. This way you know that the IT supplier you choose is experienced in working with organisations like your own for a positive outcome.

Get your questions answered and “Ask an Expert” - Not exactly sure what you need yet? The “Ask an Expert” online question and answer forum gives you free access to the hundreds of IT professionals on the Suppliers Directory to ask a question about your IT needs. When a question is asked, relevant suppliers will respond with their expert opinions, providing you with a better idea of what your organisation may need to make the most of its IT needs

Endorse an IT supplier - Have you had a positive experience with an IT supplier? The more endorsements an IT supplier receives, the stronger their listing will be. You can give your support to them by providing them with an endorsement. In order to do so, you will have to make sure your organisation is listed in our Australian Directory of Not-for-Profit and Charity Organisations.
